Ellis County FWSD No. 1 (The District) would like to share an update regarding the Bypass Pumping Equipment. The week of September 21, 2026, the District will be removing the bypass pumping equipment. Construction of the regional sanitary sewer line for Trinity River Authority of Texas (TRA) has been completed and the District has been released to connect to the regional system.
