Dear Residents,

Ellis County FWSD No.1 (The District) would like to share an update regarding the Pump and

Haul Operations. As we previously shared, the District has decided to move forward with

temporary bypass pumping equipment to replace the Pump and Haul Operations. The

installation of the bypass pumping system has begun and should be operational soon. Barring

any severe weather the anticipated start date for the new bypass pumping system will be the

end of next week. We are anticipating to be completely done with the Pump and Haul

operations by the end of June.

The District appreciates your patience and understanding as we take these steps to maintain
